I left the house this morning and noticed my dragon la ying eggs around the slab under the heat lamp. Currently, they are on playsand. I am going to move the eggs tonight but can i still use playsand for them or do i really need that V stuff (sorry can't remember the name let alone how to spell it! lol)? So far when i left she had 14 dotted around. Dirty beasts!

Firstly has you dragon been mated - if not then they'll be infertile so just dump them. If she has mated then vermiculite holds moisture better and in my opinion is better. As you haven't prepared a laying box I assume this was unexpected so I suggest you read these (if you haven't already) viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5467 viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2506 breeding is quite labour intensive and costly with no chance of any real returns on the exercise, so unless you're hell bent on raising babies I'd freeze all the eggs now.
