Hi am hoping for a little guidance please, my beardie just had her first clutch on the 2nd of april, I realy dont know if they are good or bad anymore and was wondering if anyone could tell by my description?
She had 15 eggs in all, two collapsed and havnt risen again, the rest seem fine but I just cant tell, a couple are off white but changing colour as if gettin a darker shade of red.
the others were a mixture of white and yellow but have not collapsed and seem to be a light red as if full of ribena.
If anybody could give me some tell tale signs to look for it would be great, thanks for any help. Rivercharlie

If your eggs have not collapsed after a week then the signs are that they are fertile. Treat them very carefully - do not handle, and don't lift and move to try and see inside them. If you change the orientation you can kill the beardie inside as the liquid will settle in a different place and can drown the embryo.

Leave them in the incubator, and check regularly. If they start to dimple it could be a sign that they are not humid enough, so make sure the vermiculite round the eggs is kept damp. Time will tell if they are going to go to full term or not.

I know it's hard, but it's patience that's needed!
