i have a male and female and they have been together since they were 9wks and 6wks old
there now 6mths and 5mths ish grr
theres no sign off mating yet thnk god
could any one tell me when will i except this

princess has been goin to bed eary lately is tht just coz its winter or is she just lazy lol

If luck is on your side they won't mate until they are both fully grown - unfortunately the male might mature before the female, and mate before she is big enough to lay the eggs properly. This won't stop her becoming gravid, but she might become egg bound.

Mating can take only a few seconds - so don't expect you will be able to prevent it! Before the mating you will see the male head bobbing, and the female arm waving.

My two were okay, and waited until they were old enough - just be very careful with yours, and if you see the male become overly excited before they are adult you might need to separate them.

I take it they are from two different sets of parents so you wouldn't be inbreeding?

no there not from same breeder :D

and princess had in the past done arm waving but as strange as this may swnd tht was only to my partner this was about 2mths ago

and prince doesnt do head bobbin or not tht i have seen there viv is in living room so.......
i hope they do behave until there older enough :?
no under sex allowed lmao

and may i just say thanks to prince and princess my 8mths old daughter has learnt to crawl :?
the viv is the only place she crawls to :D
and then she just laughs at them both

Ahhhh. That's cute!

Although speaking from experience it is actually a lot better before babies can crawl - they can't get into mischief then and you always know where they are!! :lol: :lol:
