WHITE INSECTS ON EGGS

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE INSECTS? THEY CANT BE GOOD IM GUESSING?
PLEASE EXCUSE THE CAPS LOCK, IM AT WORK AND WE HAVE TO KEEP IT ON LOL!

Sounds like something breeding in your incubation medium! All I can suggest is changing the medium to something like Perlite then very carefully moving each egg over to the new medium after wiping it clean WITHOUT turning/rolling it. I would not risk using anything other than clean water as the shells are not completely impervious to outside fluids.
