Thanks for the info, I will take Lenny on Monday /Tuesday next week, he seems healthy and lively enough, though I do wonder about the crickets outgrowing Lenny... I set up a 2' X 1' x 1' box with fine mesh for vents with hay, egg boxes and fresh fruit and veg everday in the greenhouse, some of the 8-10mm crickets are now 15-18mm, should I seperate them for breeding? They were from 2 different sources.
Sorry for going off topic,

Neil.

If they are still smaller than the space between his eyes he will be ok to eat them. breeding crickets (from what I hear) is very hard to do so if you manage it then please let us know how you did it!

Just thought i'd add to this link. There is an exotics/reptile vet specialist in the east yorkshire/hull area as I know there are a few new people to the forum i've noticed that are from around this area. Swanbridge veterinary group have a specialist reptile vet that is based in Patrington but does clinics in Swanland. Very good but this vets is quite expensive. Paul their exotics vet though is brilliant and definatley knows his stuff. As far as i'm aware he is the only one in east yorkshire. I know the reputable breeders and reptile shops use him too. They also have 'reptile hospital' at the main Swanland site if your beardie is unfortunate to need it.

If u live near RIchmond I recently used C J Hall in East Sheen. He was very knowledgable and is an exotic pet specialist vet. He is the vet used by my local reptile shop.
Definitely recommend
