One of our beardies weve had since he was a very small baby, he is now about 18 months old. He is currently 216 grams in weight and 14.2 inches from nose to tip. This seems really quite small for his age. He ate fine as a baby but does not eat as much as i think he should. However he comes out everyday and basks, he looks alert and has his moments where he runs around like a headless chicken. His UVB is always changed every 6 months too. Should i be worried about his small size?

If he's fit and healthy don't worry, it's always possible he's a cross with a Rankins which would reduce the size. What and how much does he eat ?

He eats locusts and waxworms as treats, usually one decent size locust a day if he feels like it, or recently ive been giving him really small ones then he will eat a few.

As an adult I'd expect him to be eating more even our smallest guy eats 6~8 roaches at a time. It may be worth getting him checked for intestinal parasites and coccidia see this post viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9783 both these can suppress his appetite.
